A form of pipe connection, employed for making a closure in a system of pipes. Its essential features are two end pieces which screw on the pipe ends and fit into each other, also an outer ring or sleeve having an inner shoulder at one side, which bears against one of the end pieces as the ring is turned and screwed on the other end piece, thus pulling the two ends together.
