Launhardt's formula

A formula pertaining to the fatigue of metals.

m = p_1 + \frac{n}{m} (f - p_1)

where

m = maximum stress

p_1 = repetition limit when n = 0

n = minimum stress

f = ultimate static stress

This formula does not properly apply to any part of bridge engineering.
