SectionCalc enables to quickly calculate the 14 basic sectional properties from graphical input.
Pros
- quickly obtains basic section properties
Cons
- section must be first drawn in CAD before it can be analyzed in SectionCalc (there are no editing capabilities within SectionCalc).
- does not handle thin-walled cross sections
