The glossary at StructuralWiki is largely based on a glossary of bridge termilogy from book Bridge Engineering by J.A.L. Waddell. The book was digitized by Mr. Jeff Dodd of University of Iowa Libraries and is available online at http://sdrc.lib.uiowa.edu/eng/.

Mr. Dodd of provided permission to use glossary of bridge related terminology for StructuralWiki.
