  • Be06 - Be06 calculates the expected energy demand to operate the heating and climate conditioning systems in all types of buildings e.g. houses, block of flats, offices, institutions, schools, shops and workshops. The Be06 software calculates the needed energy supply to a building for room heating, ventilation, cooling, hot water and artificial lighting dependent on e.g. building design, building envelope, daylight access, ventilation system, heating installation and energy supply including alternatives as solar heating, solar power and heat pumps. The energy supply needed to the building is compared to the energy frame in the Building Regulations.
  • Bsim - Building Simulation. BSim is an integrated PC tool for analysing buildings and installations. BSim includes a collection of advanced tools for simulating and calculating e.g. thermal indoor climate, energy consumption, daylight conditions, synchronous simulation of moisture and energy transport in constructions and spaces, calculation of natural ventilation and electrical yield from building integrated photovoltaic systems.
  • iDbuild - iDbuild is a tool for parameter variations of performance-decive parameters. The variations give building designers an overview of how different parameters affect the energy consumption and indoor environment of the room. At present time, iDbuild only applies for office buildings with single sided offices, class rooms and alike, meaning that there can be only one window in the simulation model. Furthermore, only buildings of simple shapes, like quadrangular shape, can be evaluated.
  • Integrated Environment Solutions Virtual Environment (IESVE) - Software for evaluation building design that performs advanced building analysis (model builder, lighting & daylighting, CFD, evacuation - safety, mechanical & electrical systems, thermal calculation & HVAC, solar, value & costs).
  • Passive House Planning (Design) Package (PHPP) - The Passive House Planning (Design) Package(PHPP) includes energy calculations (including R and U-values), design of window specifications, design of the indoor air quality ventilation system, sizing of the heating load, sizing of the cooling load, forecasting for summer comfort, sizing of the heating and domestic hot water (DHW) systems, calculations of auxiliary electricity, primary energy requirements of such (circulation pumps, etc.), as well as projection of CO2 emissions.
  • Passive House Planning (Design) Package PHPP -
  • Polysun - Polysun is a simulation program for the design of solar systems.
  • TRNSYS - TRNSYS (The Transient Energy System Simulation Tool) is a program to simulate the transient performance of thermal energy systems.
