Concise Beam will perform a load analysis and design checks in accordance with the latest edition of ACI 318, CSA A23.3 or AS3600. CSA S6 is also supported without moving loads. Key code parameters can be customized to simulate other design codes. The beam can be conventionally reinforced and pretensioned. It can model any cross-sectional shape and will allow the cross-section to vary prismatically (step-wise) over the length of the beam. A graphical editor allows the user to describe any cross-section, including voids, openings or cut-outs. Concise Beam currently works in two-dimensions but will also account for torsion along the beam. The user can work in metric or Imperial (US Customary) units, select from a variety of individual units (i.e. mm, cm, m), and switch back and forth at will. Libraries of industry standard cross-sections and materials are provided with Concise Beam. The standard libraries can be modified, extended and customized by the user.
  • Concrete Design - Digital Canal's Concrete Beam designs one-way flexural members, including beams, one-way slabs and joists. The structural design program includes beam dimensions, bar sizes, quantities, development lengths, cut off locations, stirrup spacing, deflection checks, capacity diagrams and more. Digital Canal's Concrete Column will design or check concrete columns for axial tension, compression and biaxial moments. Output includes section dimensions, number of bars, bar spacing, moment magnifiers, interaction curves and more.
  • Development and Lap Splice Lengths - Calculation of development and lap splice lengths for reinforcing bars. Incorporates ACI 318-95 Building Code Requirements for Structural Concrete and the 16th edition of the AASHTO Standard Specifications for Highway Bridges (1996). Metric and English units.
  • EDISIS 2000 - Software for static and dynamic analysis of multi-storey reinforced concrete buildings (subject or not to seismic action) and for planning the reinforcement with customised style. Fast, reliable and easy to use, supplies executive plans for carpentry ad reinforcement.

  • QuickConcreteWall - Design and checks of reinforced concrete shear walls.
  • RC-PADD - RC-PADD stands for "Reinforced Concrete - Post-Analysis Designer and Detailer". It is a special-purpose program for the structural design of reinforced concrete building structures and the subsequent detailing. The post-analysis nature of the program gives it more power over conventional "integrated" programs that carry out altogether the structural analysis and the structural design. Once the structure is analyzed using a reliable structural analysis program, the model and the results are imported to RC-PADD, where the structural design and detailing are carried out.
  • RCAD Formwork Drawings - Program for 3D modeling of an reinforced concrete building and generating member drawings. Formwork drawings may present selected elements, their groups, projections of stories and vertical cross-sections of the building. Drawings generated by the program may be automatically exported to the RCAD Reinforcement program, thus being the base for preparing drawings of structure reinforcement. An advantage of the program is its intuitiveness. Automatic generation of building cross-sections, automatic positioning and dimensioning of structural elements, handy databases of elements and materials - all these result in a considerable reduction of time for creating documentation with the use of the RCAD Formwork Drawings program.
  • RCAD Reinforcement - RCAD is a new leading edge solution for the modeling and drafting of steel and concrete structures. RCAD can be used in a variety of situations and, built upon the philosophy of integrated solutions, allows the user to benefit from a truly seamless integration of drafting, analysis and design. RCAD software is a solution completely integrated with Autodesk products and may be used with both AutoCAD and Architectural Desktop. As with all RCAD products, the complete range of AutoCAD/ADT commands are available at any time. RCAD Reinforcement is a solution that allows the fast and effective definition of reinforced concrete structures inside AutoCAD. The software has many "templates" that comply with the detailing practices of different countries around the world, to ensure that local detailing methods can be used and the appropriate bar schedules produced automatically. Several macros exist for the fast and efficient detailing and scheduling of "standard" structures, such as pad footings, staircases, beams and columns. As with RCAD Steel, the software benefits from complete integration with the world renowned analysis and design software ROBOT Millennium - thereby producing automatic drawings of reinforced concrete members that have previously defined in ROBOT Millennium.
  • RMCalc - Calculation of restraint moments in precast prestressed concrete girder bridges constructed with continuous spans.
  • RcSections - RcSections is a 32-bit Windows program designed specifically for structural engineers to perform axial-flexural analysis and design of concrete sections (beams, columns or walls) according to ACI 318-05/02 and ACI 318-99. It analyzes the uniaxial- or biaxial-bending capacity of multiple sections of various regular shapes (rectangular, round, Tee, I, L) and generic shapes (with openings) simultaneously in a fast and user-friendly manner. Multiple load sets may be input and checked against capacities of the sections. It features tabulated strain-P-M at every user defined neutral axis step, 2D P-Mx and P-My interaction diagrams, and even 3D P-Mx-My interaction surface built upon OpenGL(R)!
  • Rebar Development and Splice Length - Calculate required development and splice lengths for tension, hooked and compression splices according to ACI 318.
  • SOLAIO 2000 - Analysis and design of floor slabs made of reinforced and prestressed concrete.
  • Sigma-X Post Tension Floor - Sigma-X Post Tension Floor is based on equivalent frame method and enables to model any shaped slab, supporting walls and columns and any number of voids. Post tensioning tendons can be bonded or unbonded, banded or distributed. Slabs can be supported by internal and/or external columns, above or below the slab, or walls and can have holes/voids/drop caps. Sigma-X Post Tension Floor calculates losses due to creep, shrinkage of the concrete and relaxation, friction and wobble losses in the tendons.
  • Slab Bridge Designer - Design of cast-in-place steel reinforced concrete slabs according to AASHTO LFD and LRFD.
